Job Description  :

Responsibilities:

• Coding- Sticking to coding standards and refractors code well.
• Testing of Core Java e.g. Io, threads, net etc, JFC Programming, J2EE application enhancement, debugging and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Singleton, XML, GUI programming.
• Excellent Database knowledge.
• Good knowledge Design patterns and multithreading concepts.
• Shell scripting knowledge will add advantage.
• Able to analyze, Understand the problem and prioritizing the issues
• Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
• Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles.
• Is expected to respond to detailed queries.
• Requires extensive knowledge of at least one development technology / programming language.
• Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities.
• Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical / proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.
• Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review.
• Good Inter personnel Skills, good Communication and personality
• Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster
