Job Duties :

1. Generate database of Telecom Companies by doing cold calling, official meet.
2. Keep relation with existing clients and make new clients
3. Proactively seek jobs for our students, all over the country
4. Source other candidates for various Telecom Organizations
5. Do first level interview before presenting the candidates to the clients.
6. Handle the entire recruitment cycle.
7. Maintain the database.

Qualification : MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations)

Required :

1. Prior experience in recruitment
2. Prior experience in client handling.
3. She need to be energetic and positive and willing to embrace a dynamic, start-up culture, wherein everyone helps everyone out, and nothing is not my job.
